My journey to

clarity courage love

I was the girl you might recognise.

Calm on the outside, adaptable, always there for others. Inside, anxious, tense and full of self-doubt. Am I enough, do people like me, am I doing it right? I only dared to say what I really thought where I felt completely safe. Everywhere else I stayed quiet, avoiding conflict.

But inside, another world was boiling.

Life has woken me up more than once. Anxiety and atopic dermatitis that had followed me since my teens. Postnatal depression. And then, separating from my child’s father. That grief pulled me into a purifying fire. It shook me to my roots. And it opened me in ways I could never have imagined.

Right there, in the hardest moments of my life, I found my way back to myself.

Not by becoming “stronger”. But by letting myself be vulnerable in the moments when everything in me wanted to close my heart and give up. I chose to ask for support anyway. To surrender. To let go of who I thought I was, so I could find who I really am.

For more than 10 years I have studied and practised the Journey Method, bodywork, breathwork and emotional release. I have held space for hundreds of people like you to find a new start in their lives, both in 1:1 work and in longer group programmes. Yet my greatest and deepest Teacher has been my own journey through all of it.

I live what I share. I believe wisdom distilled from experience is what lets me be a safe space for hearts to open. We can only support another as deeply as we ourselves have travelled, and that journey needs a safe space.

Today I live the life I once longed for. I am brave, visible, standing in my own power. Always ready to discover what else is possible. Not that life has nothing left to teach me. It still offers wonderful chances to grow. But it is all so much easier now, because I know who I am and I trust myself.

And I know it is possible for you too.

If you recognise yourself in my story, write to me. Tell me what is on your heart.
